Returns

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Certain items such as personalized, custom-made, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 1–2 working days from our end.
- The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
