Generally, orders are delivered within 4–7 business days for metro cities and 7–10 business days for other locations.
During festivals, sales, or unforeseen delays (such as strikes or natural calamities), delivery may take longer.

4. Delivery Partners

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of placing the order.
Craftage will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options may be introduced in the future, and updates will be provided on our website.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
